Notice of Filing for Election March 11, 2025

Notice is hereby given to qualified voters of Tofte Township, Cook County, State of
Minnesota, that filing for town offices will be held for a two-week period beginning
January 2, 2025, through 5:00 pm on January 16, 2024. Affidavits of Candidacy shall be
filed with the Tofte Deputy Town Clerk, Genevieve Hirschboeck, phone 218-519-0206,
or at the Tofte Town Hall 7240 Tofte Park Rd, on January 16 th 2025, from 1 to 5 p.m. The
last day for candidate withdrawal is at 5:00 pm on January 17, 2025. A non-refundable
filing fee of $2.00 is required. 

Town offices available in 2025:
(1) Supervisor – 3 year term
(1) Treasurer – 2 year term
(1) Clerk – 1 year term

Absentee ballots will be available beginning on February 7, 2025. Send written requests
